Can I help pick the music for the video?
We choose music that best suits the mood on the day and the couple. It is about you and your love story. It's all about capturing your moment and shaping the film around that and using the music to help tell the story. Your input is always taken on board. However we cannot take your favourite main stream media song and use that in your film due to copyright issues. So we do ask that you trust us in the creative process.
What regions do you cover and do you travel?
We are based in the sunny Bay of Plenty in New Zealand. We cover the wider central North Island but are happy to travel throughout New Zealand and abroad. Click on the Quote tab in the main menu, tell us about your grand plan, and we will get a quote done up for you.
How long will it take for us to receive our wedding film after our wedding day?
This depends on the time of year and our editing schedule. Our normal delivery time is between 6 to 12 weeks. However we will always try and get it to you as soon as possible as we know you will be eager to share your film with friends and family. We do ask for your patience during this process as it does take a lot of time, thought and energy, to create these films to be the best they can be.
How will you deliver our wedding film?
After we have finished editing your film and it is complete, we will email you a link to your wedding highlight film. We upload all our highlight films to Vimeo. This allows you to instantly share with friends and family on any social network. As for our longer films, such as ceremony and wedding films, we upload these to a private drive for you to download and view.
Do I need one or two videographers?
While it maybe cheaper to only use one videographer, one person can only do so much and cannot be it two places at once. We highly recommend booking two videographers, especially on our weddings packages with 6+ hours coverage. This ensures nothing gets missed.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We do recommend making your booking as soon as you have booked your venue. This ensures your booking with us is secure. Normally this would be 6 to 12 months out from your wedding date. However we will take last minute bookings subject to availability.
How do I book?
Once you have decided on what wedding videography package wish to book simply request your booking on our booking page From there we will be in touch with you regarding your booking request and payment instructions for your booking deposit. Once your deposit is paid your wedding date is secure.
What do I need to pay for the booking deposit?
We require a 20% non-refundable booking deposit to secure your wedding date. Once your booking deposit is paid your wedding date is secure.
Can we postpone our wedding date if needed?
Yes as long as there is plenty on notice given. The postponement date must be available and not conflict with any other bookings, and cannot fall on a long weekend. Full details can be found in our Terms & Conditions upon booking.
Can I upgrade my booking?
Yes you sure can. If you book with us and decide closer to the time to upgrade your wedding videography package, you can do so by letting us know by email and we will make the adjustments to your booking for you.
